We offer personal training without a time limit. Which means you can hire a trainer for as long as you want to - though there is a 1-month minimum. 

You and your goal is specific and personal to you and cannot be put into a fixed time frame. We start the process with a free conversation about why you want a personal trainer, and then you get a plan or program from week to week or month to month depending on your goal and your trainer.
