Well, that depends on what you want. Your trainer will give you a personal training program that you have to follow - at the same time you get access to your trainer via e-mail, FaceTime and Messenger/WhatsApp, so you can stay motivated throughout the whole process. 

The training program is specifically made for you, so you can reach the goal you have set. We want to help you as much as we can, so please don't hesitate to tell your trainer how you feel about your program so the necessary changes can be made.
